Refund policy

If you're not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy.

Returns are allowed within 14 days from the date you received it and exchanges within 30 days from the date you received it.
Items must be in their original condition and contain all original packaging, instructions and paperwork. 
Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered creations and custom designs.
We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.

To begin the process of returning your order:

  1. Customer should initiate the return process by contacting the customer service team via email at info@starrytaleisle.com. They can explain the reason for the return and provide relevant order details.If the order is eligible for return/exchange, customer service team will generate a return form or provide specific instructions on how to proceed. 
  2. Customer is responsible for packaging the item securely and arranging shipment through a preferred shipping provider. Customer should follow the provided instructions and include the generated return form within the package.
  3. Upon receiving the return parcel, our customer service team will confirm its arrival and initiate the return/exchange process. Customers may receive an email or notification acknowledging the receipt of the package.
  4. The returned items will be inspected by the customer service team to determine their condition. They will check for any damage or signs of wear that may affect the eligibility for a refund or exchange. This step ensures compliance with the return policy.
  5. Based on the inspection, the customer service team will determine whether the returned item is eligible for a refund or exchange. If the item meets the necessary criteria, the appropriate action will be taken.
  6. If a refund is approved, the customer service team will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. The customer will receive an email or notification confirming the refund.
  7. The refund will be returned to the original form of payment. The timeframe for the refund to reflect may take up to 5-7 days, which may vary based on the terms and policies of the payment service provider.
